Notes:
|
When a Concern
arises, it is the job of the Reviewer to try to understand it, then
write it down. The first draft of a Concern is almost always
wrong.
|
But after a few
steps of circulation around peers, the progressive clarifications
make sure that it is not wrong for long.
|
We find that a Concern fully clarified, is very
easy to resolve.
|
Consensus is sought
everywhere and while it's something that we never expect to
achieve, it's the 'airing' of the project's workings that keeps it
healthy.
